Are you having trouble fitting exercise into your day? Why not try these quick and easy workouts to keep your body moving without leaving your desk? Just five minutes of movement every hour can boost your energy and help you be more productive and calm.

Try these exercises:

1. Sit in chair keeping back and shoulders straight.

2. Grasp arms of chair.

3. Place feet under the chair, with heels off the ground and weight on toes.

4. Slowly push body off of chair using arms, avoid using legs or feet.

5. Slowly lower down and repeat.

Bicep Curls
1. Sit in armless chair.

2. Straighten your arms by your side with palms facing toward body.

3. Slowly bend one elbow, lifting weight toward chest.

4. Rotate palm to face shoulder while lifting weight.

5. Hold position, slowly lower arm, and repeat.

Thigh Toner
1. Sit straight with abs in.

2. Extend one leg upward until it is level at your hips.

3. Squeeze your quadriceps.

4. Hold for 3-5 seconds.

5. Lower and repeat on other side.

Wall Sit/ Squat
1. Stand with back against the wall; place feet hip width apart.

2. Proceed to slide down the wall.

3. Lower until thighs are parallel to the floor.

4. Hold for 30 seconds.

5. Slowly slide back up the wall and repeat.
